My favorite MATLAB demos involved the plotting and rendering of 3-D forms.I was very interested by the manner in which "Viewing a Penny" and "Earth's Topography" converted 2-Dimensional contour lines into 3-D renderings of physical objects. I am interested in architecture and 3-D rendering, so these demonstrations of computer models of 3-D objects intrigue me.
