MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite demonstration on MATLAB was "Loma Prieta Earthquake." I liked this particular tutorial because it showed a real-world application of MATLAB and the mathematical and engineering concepts involved with the program. I especially enjoyed seeing the layering of 3 different dimensions (North/South, East/West, and up/down), and the calculus used to extract position from acceleration, because these are concepts that can be extended to what I am currently studying in my math class.
