MATLAB Demonstration
The 3-D plot demonstration was particularly interesting, because the contour plot of peaks is extremely similar to how elevations of the ground under the oceans are mapped. This along with a surface plot of peaks give people an easier time of visualizing a 3 dimensional surface on a 2 dimensional computer screen or map.
