Favorite Matlab Demonstration
My favorite Matlab demo script is Conway's Game of Life. I find it interesting seeing thousands of iterations occurring every minute to create patterns of evolutions in seemingly pointless points. The graphics are a fascinatingly powerful tool in Matlab.
