Matlab demo My favorite demonstration is the Viewing a Penny demo because I didn't realize that there could be such interesting ways to represent and describe a penny coin using matlab's contour function, the shading function (which gives it a pseudo-color) as well as the 3-D plotting using the Laplacian function.
