MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the Linear Algebra: Inverses and Determinants demo. I found it interesting that MATLAB could create matrices and perform such operations to get the results the user wants. I also liked it because it is a very useful demonstration that can be used in various contexts.
