MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the 'Inverses of Matrices' demonstration because I have never seen matrices represented through graphics. Moreover, when the demo showed how to confirm the graphics were indeed inverses of one another, the resulting graphic of the identity matrix was really cool, especially since I had previous knowledge of the identity matrix in terms of numbers.
