MATLAB Demonstrations
The "3-D Drawing" MATLAB demonstration under "Other Examples" is my favorite. I like how interactive this demonstration is. It's fun to create different shapes and choose the colors. I am also amazed by how quickly MATLAB generates a solid figure based on the few points that I choose.
