My favorite demo was the Traveling Salesman demo. It was cool becuase not only was its purpose apparent and very useful, but also one could almost observe the code at work. The paths started completely at random but over time the code figured out shorter and shorter routes until the fastest course was finally found. It made the program seem very logical in its approach and trustworthy as well.

About Me

I lived in Scarsdale, NY my entire life until moving here to Durham. I love to run, play sports and video games.

Favorite Demo

My favorite demo was the Traveling Salesman demo. It was cool becuase not only was its purpose apparent and very useful, but also one could almost observe the code at work. The paths started completely at random but over time the code figured out shorter and shorter routes until the fastest course was finally found. It made the program seem very logical in its approach and trustworthy as well.
