My favorite MATLAB demo was "Earth's Topography".  This program can produce a contour plot, a 2-D image plot, and a 3-D plot of the Earth's land masses. Although I do not completely understand every part of the code, it is exciting to know that I am learning code that can potentially translate letters and numbers into vibrant, complex diagrams such as maps.

Favorite MATLAB Demo
