MATLAB Demonstrations
One of my favorite MATLAB demonstrations is the 3D-surface plots. While I have not worked too much with surface plots in my math classes, I see the abilities to create the graphs can have much better capabilities than an equation. The abilities to change the colors and contours, and make different types of shading and contour lines is very interesting. Also, the 3D graphics and colors are just neat, plain and simple!
