Favorite MATLAB Demo
My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the Viewing a Penny demo. It was very useful in learning how to create figures and graphics, and was also kind of cool the way the graphics manipulated the penny. In general, though, all of the demos were helpful because I have had trouble working through MATLAB, and the demos actually help me figure out what commands I need to work through the labs.
