My favorite demonstration was the Minesweeper demonstration, because of its practical application as entertainment. The demonstration also revealed insight to how complicated and sophisticated the actual game is. The demonstration did not have a timer, did not have a formal system of winning, and did not prevent bombs from being the first target.
