My personal favorite demonstration was the 3-dimensional plots demonstration. It is hard to visualize a 3-dimensional graph or plot on paper; however, MATLAB allows for a much better method for observing said graphs. I really find this to be both interesting and helpful. Another thing that makes this unique is that it is a feature that does not exist on many other devices(such as calculators like the Ti-83), making it really advantageous feature.
