MATLAB Demonstrations
My personal favorite demonstration was the 3-dimensional plots demonstration. It is hard to visualize a 3-dimensional graph or plot on paper; however, MATLAB allows for a much better method for observing 3D graphs. I really find this to be both interesting and helpful.
