About Me

I am a first-year student in the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University.

Name Pronunciation

My name is pronounced 'BRY-an HIG-gins'. I like to think that my name is fairly straightforward in terms of pronunciation. My first name is often misspelled, however, because there is a 'y' instead of the more common 'i'.

Interests

I have several diverse interests. I am planning on studying Mechanical Engineering, with a certificate in Energy and the Environment. I am interested in studying and working in the alternative energy industry. Outside of engineering, my interests include playing music (I am a percussionist), listening to music, basketball, food, travel, and many others.
