Demonstrations: My favorite demonstration was entitled "Manipulating MultiDimensional Arrays". I thought it was quite interesting to see exactly what Matlab could do. Furthermore, this aspect of Matlab clearly can be applied to real world modeling, so when watching this demonstration I could see in which instances it could be applied. Even though I didn't understand all of the code used in the demonstration, I was able to figure out the general layout of it in order to see how the output came into existence.
