MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB Demonstration is '2D Plots'. This is because it provides a great deal of information about graphing that may be useful in the future. In addition to the 'plot' command, it outlines how to produce scatter graphs and stem plots. Though it does not fully explain how to format the appearance graphs, it does provide an example of marker specification and indicates where more information can be found.
