I really enjoyed the teapot demonstration, which is located within the Graphics tab of the Examples page. It shows that MATLAB offers a surprisingly wide range of graphic features. I've programmed before, but prior to this course, have not had experience with MATLAB. I am pleasantly surprised by MATLAB's ability to be not only useful for performing calculations and manipulating and analyzing data, but also it's ability to be aesthetically pleasing. The teapot demonstration showcases the Newell teapot and allows the user to manipulate its appearance in a variety of ways, from color, to resolution, to material.

About Me

My name is Christina Holloway (Chris-TEE-Nah HALL-Oh-Way) and I am from Miami, Florida. I really like Chinese food and Batman comics. I am still not sure what field of engineering I'd like to go into, but civil and computer engineering both seem very cool.
