Reverse Engineering The Brain
Scientists everywhere are trying to break down the brain and figure out its "software". I believe this topic to be fascinating. The brain is the most complex thing in the world, and once we unlock it's secrets who knows how fast technology and the life we know will advance.

MatLab Demonstrations
Without a doubt my favorite demonstration on MatLab had to be 3-D plots page and the 3-D Surface Plots app that went along with it. I liked how MatLab can take one set of 3-D data and view it in a multitude of ways. The options were limitless. There are the classic mesh plots, surface plots, and contour plots of viewing a 3-D structure but MatLab demonstrated new ways of viewing these structures via "quiver" or "slice" that I have never heard of before. Then I actually got to experiment with the different viewing types and color schemes that MatLab had to offer in the 3-D Surface" app.
