MATLAB Demos
My favorite demo was that of the Travelling Salesman. I like how through successive iteration, the program was able to discern the optimal way to navigate the cities. This type of calculation would normally have taken mathematicians significantly longer before the rise of computers and their ability to perform numerous calculations rapidly and efficiently.
