Favorite MATLAB Help Demonstration
I found "3-D Plots" to be the most interesting and useful of the demonstrations. The ability of MATLAB to easily plot and graph 3-D functions makes visualizing them much easier than through topographical maps or plane traces. This is especially useful in classes such as multivariable calculus which require visualizing such functions, and the relative ease of graphing in MATLAB makes it viable for students to use MATLAB for difficult functions.
