The 2D and 3D plot demonstrations were my favorite because they showed me how matlab could easily be used in other areas of study besides engineering. In my Multivariable Calculus class, we have to graph 3D functions of different shapes. If I was having trouble visualizing a shape, I could use matlab to help me better understand the 3D geometry.
