Hello! My name is Brianna Loomis, and I am a part of Duke University class of 2018. This EGR class kind of scares me because I have never coded before and it seems like a lot of people have.

About Me

I really like reading books. I also like learning Japanese which is why I'm taking Japanese 101 here at Duke even though Pratt doesn't require a language. So yeah. I'm also from Texas, so this humidity is not my friend.

Matlab Demonstrations

My favorite demonstration in the matlab examples was the 3-D model one, more specifically the quiver model. I liked it a lot because of the way it looked and allowed the arrows to show spatial differences. The arrows also point in the direction that the elevation is going to go. I find it very cool that matlab is able to graph in so many different ways to show elevation and surfaces. Each graph may have the same data but the presentations provide a new outlook.
