Matlab demonstration

My favorite Matlab demonstration is 2-D Plots. I like it mainly because it demonstrates the various ways in which I can make graph using data. The demonstration teaches me how to make different graphical representations such as scatter plots, stem plots, bar plots and others. Futhermore, it shows me how to label the graph. At this point in life, I deal most with data that only requires 2-D graph so I feel like this demonstration is useful to me most at this moment.
