About Me

My name is Martha and I am a current freshmen in Duke's Pratt School of Engineering. I'm not completely sure which type of engineering I'd like to pursue but both biomedical and mechanical seem pretty cool. I was born in Illinois but grew up in New Jersey. I have two older sisters and a younger brother. My oldest sister is a senior at Pepperdine and the other is a sophomore at Berry College. My brother just started his sophomore year of high school. As far as my interests go, I've always been really into sports - in high school, I played field hockey and ran track. I also love anything outdoors and recently joined the outing club here at Duke. I joined the Crazies Who Care program too and I'm looking forward to volunteering.

Homework 2

MATLAB Help and Demonstrations:

Of all the demonstrations I looked at, my favorite would have to be the minesweeper one. I've always been a fan of that game so it was really interesting to actually see how it could be created (I especially liked how the image of the flag and bomb were coded).
