I am 19 years old, and a Freshmen at Duke University. I am originally from New Hampshire, and have lived there my whole life. At the moment I am currently undeclared for engineering, but I plan to pursue a major in BME.

Phonetic Pronunciation of my name

Stef-An - Not pronounced as Steven, but instead you first say Stef, then the last part of my name which is An. All together it forms Stefan.

Gor-Ham - Pronounced how it looks, Gor then Ham like the meat.

Demo

My favorite demo out of the ones that I looked at in Matlab was probably the Loma Prieta Earthquake. I liked this one because the data was from a real event, and it highlighted some of the practical applications of Matlab. It was interesting to look at this data and understand exactly the magnitude of the earthquake.
