Matlab Demonstration

Creating 3D plots was my favorite demonstration because the plots were very visually pleasing. I think I found this one most fascinating is because these plots can represent something like the way in which something is heated starting from the center of the plot and slowly heating up the surroundings. The colors can also be added to show the temperature change (e.g. the red can be the hottest areas and the blue can be coolest areas). A surface of a sample can be represented digitally, possibly one like an AFM would create. The uses of 3D plots are so many and the idea of creating 3D plots is so interesting. So many shapes and solids can be created. So many visualizations for mathematical models can be shown. It's a very resourceful tool.
