Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was that of the "Game of Life". It is always important to understand, not only how to use MATLAB, but also why we use it. Although very simplistic in nature, the simulation of thriving and dying communities of dots served to remind me that programming can be used to tackle extremely complex problems that can only be solved with the brute force of computing.
