My favorite demonstration in MATLAB is the Earth's Topography demo under Graphics. This demo is my favorite because it teaches one how to create a 3-D plot of the globe. The plots are arranged by color and this helps me because I am a visual learner. However, it isn't very practical. Nevertheless, this is the demo that I enjoyed most.
