Favorite MATLAB Demo

My favorite MATLAB demo was the graphics available for 3-D plots. I really like all the ways in which the program allows you to manipulate data and put them in a very understandable, easy to see manner. I also appreciated the variety and multitude of different formats and color schemes that one can choose to present his or her data.
